If you wish to appeal your Parking Charge Notice (PCN) you should write to the address below within 28 days of issue.

Please quote the ticket reference number in your letter and include a copy of your receipt
The company will investigate your appeal and respond within 14 days of receipt of your letter. If you disagree with the outcome of your appeal we appeal we will refer you to the Independent Appeal Service details of which will be provided with the decision letter.
We are unable to accept or respond to appeals by telephone.
